Placing Orders with Reisch
1. Our customer service team will promptly provide order and payment information.
2. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, Reisch will ship the products to the customer.
Laboratory Chemicals
Orders can be placed via phone, email, or through WhatsApp at the bottom right of our webpage. An approved Reisch customer account is required for online orders.
Bulk and Custom Synthesis Inquiries
Our Sales Department is available to provide information and free estimates. For scale-up quantities or items not listed in our catalog, please send detailed information via phone, or email, or request a quote through WhatsApp at the bottom right of our webpage.
For custom synthesis inquiries, helpful details include CAS#, structure, chemical name, quantity, purity, required delivery time, and any additional specifications. We guarantee confidentiality for all custom synthesis inquiries. A confidentiality agreement is available upon request.
Inspection
1. Upon receiving the goods, customers should check the product number, packaging specifications, quantity, and appearance against the delivery list, and store the products properly as per storage requirements. Any discrepancies in product numbers, bottle counts, or packaging issues should be reported to our customer service within 3 working days of receipt. For issues with the quantity inside the packaging bottles, please report within 7 working days.
2. Customers should inspect the product quality based on our company’s COA quality standards. Any quality issues should be reported within 15 working days of receipt (“inspection period”) to our customer service with written evidence of the quality problem.
Note: If customers do not report any issues within the specified times, the products will be considered to comply with our sales terms and accepted as qualified by the customer. In such cases, we reserve the right not to process the issues.
Returns
For returns due to product quality issues, please contact our customer service first. We accept unconditional returns for products recognized by us as having quality problems.
Certain goods cannot be returned to the seller, including but not limited to leaked or damaged chemicals, expired reagents, items with missing labels, refrigerated or frozen items, and opened products. Returns for reasons other than product quality issues will incur additional charges. A 10% re-inspection and storage fee will be applied to returned catalog products, with a minimum charge of RMB 100.
Quality Assurance and Disclaimer
Reisch (the seller) only commits to the original purchaser that non-conforming products (including quantity discrepancies or quality defects) acknowledged by the seller within the inspection period can be returned within 7 days after receiving our handling opinion. The seller will replace the product or refund the purchase price but will not be responsible for any other additional costs. The seller makes no other representations or warranties regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of its products.
